Director & Director of Photography
Altruistic, Texan, collaborator, athlete, and artist.
Zamora is a self-made filmmaker in Austin, Texas. She studied fine art photography at the University of Texas and spent the rest of her 20s traveling out of van with two dogs and a pedicab, working at music festivals across the country. Filmmaking spawned for her when she met her first film participant in Colorado and began a 5-year feature documentary project called Seoul to Sol. Z generates images skillfully with curiosity, textures, and authenticity always at the forefront.
In six years, she has contributed photography to projects that premiered at SXSW (Preconceived), Banff Mountain (El Gavilán), and the No Man’s Land film festival (J.E.D.I. in Training). Her portfolio has taken her to the mountains in South Korea, Canada, rural central Mexico, and all over the United States.
She is training for a quarter triathlon in Kerrville, Texas, learning guitar, reading poetry, and developing her first feature film in her spare time.
